🛠 Key Responsibilities

Assist in data, voice, VPN, and leased line provisioning

Perform service activation and validation

Coordinate with internal teams for service assurance

Monitor order queues and handle provisioning issues

Track and escalate network configuration issues

Document and update customer provisioning tasks

Participate in shift operations and meet SLA targets

Use of provisioning systems like Cramer, Siebel, Remedy

IP Address Management and Network Device Configuration

VLANs and routing protocols

Cross-functional telecom coordination

Service delivery tools and ticketing systems

Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, routing, switching)

Willingness to work in shifts (night/weekend if required)
